Returns & Refund Policy
Simple, fair returns
1. Return window
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
2. How to return
Email contact@getyouwear.online with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return address.
3. Exchanges
If the size does not fit, we can exchange it for another size or colour, subject to availability.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
5. Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
