Shipping & Delivery Policy
How order requests become deliveries
1. Confirmation before shipment
After you submit an order request we contact you by email, normally within 1 to 2 business days, to confirm availability, size, colour, the total price including shipping and the payment method. Nothing is charged until you agree.
2. Shipping costs and times
Standard shipping is $4.95 and is free on orders over $95. Typical delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch within our main delivery regions; other destinations may take longer. The exact cost and time are confirmed in your email before you pay.
3. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link where the carrier provides one.
4. Delays and problems
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, contact contact@getyouwear.online with your order number and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
